Our cooperation means my full coordination of the wedding. I’m with you all day and I coordinate everything. I help in unexpected situations, I’m support for the happy couple, my task is to control vendors work and take care of you and your guests.

Partial wedding organization

This service relies on help in organization of the selected items. If you like wedding organization, you already have some things organized, you hit a problem during arrangements or you want to be sure about your doing everything good, it will be perfect service for you. I will organize for you anything you need, I can make organization files and we will create a detailed plan of the wedding day together so you could only count down the days to your wedding without any stress.

Coordination of the wedding day

This service is for couples who want to organize their wedding on their own and my help is necessary only on the wedding day. About 1 month before ceremony I take over the contacts with subcontractors and I get all things done.

Except that I create a detailed plan of the wedding day and I send it to every vendor. I call, write, confirm and remind to be sure everything will be according to the plan. On the wedding day I coordinate things on wedding hall, supervise subcontractors’ work so you can focus on your guests and having fun.

Service price is fixed and it is 4.500 PLN
